Meridian...I recall your mention on the board about SNP being formally approved. You were first.....followed by Marks confirmation from his JDA contact. This is, however, the first article referencing it....and we have no official word from the JDA or ERHC.

Why should the JDA or ERHC mention the JMC's approval of SNP as operator? Significant news for ERHC's shareholders. B-2 is our largest stake in the zone....so having an approved operator is enormous for ERHC shareholders IMHO. Besides, the co announced previous operators as they occured, why stop here.

I'm not sure I understand what "political hazzle" ERHC would receive if they PR'ed the operator to their largest holding in the JDZ? Especially if the JMC approved SNP.
