Intel has a viable cash-cow business with DCG and PCCG, but these aren't growth businesses in aggregate.

If Intel can just deliver with Broxton/SoFIA then the market will start to price in future mobile "wins". Until that happens, Intel is no better than Applied Micro claiming 40nm X-Gene will deliver better perf/watt than Intel's Xeons or NVIDIA claiming that Project Denver + Windows RT will take share against Intel back in 2011.
