note: i apologize for the length of this post, but i have been collared with 3 posts a day

as to membership, either i am not understanding your post, or you seem to be confused

up until a couple of days ago i had grandfather status [and as a matter of fact, it was dated well before your "membership"]...but for some unexplained reason i was stripped of the graybeard the same day i received the message from admin i posted
...has anyone else received this "notification"?

i never stated i wouldnt pay for a sub...and it was never suggested...and i have no problem with "contributing"

my alias has never been in jail for TOS violations, and MANY graybeards are more confrontational than me...so why have i been singled out?

with thousands of members to deal with, i can understand admin getting irritated when their workload is increased due to receipt of multiple PMs from other members complaining about someone "rocking the boat"

but i assure you, those complaints come from members that are incapable of debating issues/facts...have tried to humiliate me with ongoing personal attacks and vulgarity...realize that "strategy" doesnt work, then seek out admin for satisfaction
...it appears to have worked

admittedly i have sent my fair share of PM to admin, but only when blatant TOS violations/personal attacks directed towards me werent dealt with by moderators...and "curiously", even when presented to admin, they were allowed to stand...eg?:

so why when it comes to me, it appears the rules once again dont apply
...there are dozens and dozens of similar examples, but it appears admin refusal to apply the rules fairly to everyone is an expression of their own personal opinion...and actually that is confirmed as they have stated directly to me "...you are an AH and i am not going to jump through hoops to assist you..."

so OK...i deal with the ongoing personal attacks without violating TOS myself
...i deal with admin turning a blind eye to those personal attacks
result of that "tolerance"?
...essentially getting the boot

its further "curious" that when aliases make certain unsubstantiated claims about a company/mgmt, and opposing DD is posted with supporting links/references, that it is the individual who posts factually that is many times admonished

listen, i have no illusions of what drives these "gems", and i am all for a good pump...all i am stating is that it can be done with honesty on these boards...let the companies and their reps do the BS

and i aint no nemo, et al
there are no "hahhahahahaha"s, or screaming "POS/scam!"

i try to contribute with balance

but rather than look at material presented objectively, its easier for self-serving individuals just to throw me into the generic pool of "basher"...and come out swinging with personal attacks
