I agree with you on that.
I think it is implied even without being said that Tarvacin is already viewed as a new generation breakthrough in medicine. The government has found something about Tarvacin that makes it worthy or it would not have invited the great doctor to speak. I think there are tests using Tarvacin and then there are tests using Tarvacin. We probably don't know of a fraction of the true testing that is going on with Tarvacin in the government arenas. But, something tells me that the corporates in Peregrine know of some of the other tests but they are not talking- only buying. hehe.
