Morgan's suggeston that all five JDZ block PSCs could be signed next Tuesday is exciting. And reminds me that, in our concern over the B-4 flap on Feb. 24, we may have overlooked/discounted the following explanatory comment from STP´s National Petroleum Agency last Saturday:

"At no moment did the government of Sao Tome and Principe request any postponement of the signing ceremony of the PSC for B-4, neither did it manifest opposition to the signing of any other contract", Lusa quotes the ANP communique as saying.

While the STP JMC delegation appears to have bolted the Abuja meet because of dissention over B-4's JOA, what may now be on Tuesday´s agenda could be much broader, as per: "neither did (STP) manifest opposition to the signing of any other contract."
