That's because they keep delaying testing. I believe that's because their drug doesn't work and they know the big paychecks they draw on the backs of investors will stop if that gets out. And now they're between a rock and a hard place because that's fraud.

The market has punished the stock accordingly. It's an interesting train wreck to watch though.
