Cannabinoids are a class of diverse chemical compounds that act on cannabinoid receptors on cells that repress neurotransmitter release in the brain. These receptor proteins include the endocannabinoids (produced naturally in the body by humans and animals), the phytocannabinoids (found in cannabis and some other plants), and synthetic cannabinoids (manufactured chemically).

I'm thinking CANV might rely more on a synthetic cannabinoids , (as opposed to SKTO) and if true , as far as I'm concerned, patients don't like the word synthetic. In fact it reminds me of the movie "The FLY' with Jeff Goldblum when he cooked and tasted a natural steak to one that was transported ( becoming synthetic) and eventually he himself became transported and we all know what happened to him.
