The fact that APT put out the June 6 date is what causes this downfall to happen. No penny trader wants to wait over a month to see a sec filed document. Too many other quick bucks to be made. This is the same trend that happened with the april 30th merger complete date. No one wanted to wait and sold. But look what happened with that.... people chased it from .009 to .028.
