Pharma is different than the tobacco industry unless you didn't know that. And I didn't say that the Feds were trying to run companies in a new industry out of business they are merely trying to put controls and regs in place for it. What those are have yet been determined. Yes, it may be something simple and easy and yet it might be costly and very much involved. I'll guess we'll just have to wait and see.

BTW, not just this article but I've read several others over the past few weeks with all the reports on nicotine poisoning in children due to these e-cigs...don't you think that has some reasoning why the Feds will be placing stricter regulations?
