If it's doing better then why is the share structure increasing at a comparable rate to before the last reverse split?

Ive stated before that the Money from increased O/S could Plausibly be used for Nice Dreams Ice Cream and More Marketing

If that's the case then the CEO should be able to prove it by producing an accuarate and verifiable set of audited financials. He won't because that's not what the money is being used for.

I Agree that Audited Fins would help the PPS here but I also know when I came in this stock it was unaudited. I know that what I see the company doing and working on takes money to do so IMHO Money is being well spent.

He promised buybacks in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. I can say without a shadow of a doubt those won't happen since it is now historical fact. WM was a blatant lie to sell shares, just like most of his othere statements.

Things change as Companies, especially small companies, Grow. Money that they thought would be available for something may need to be used for other things (Nice Dreams, Marketing, Ect.) BW has always stated that in the end it would be Longs that benefit the most. That goes hand in hand with whats going on IMHO. Use the money to make the new products and expand, in the end that will have a exponentially better effect on the PPS and Companies Financial situation, which could then do buybacks and Audits.
