I AM DISGUSTED ! I am going offline for the rest of today.

I expressed my disgust in an email to IR. They responded immediately ( in blue , below ) :

We anticipated some people not liking the roll back but once you see the overall strategy we truly feel this will be in the interest of everyone.

We cannot disclose the details of the various steps until they are done but 10:1 simply means we will all have one tenth of the stock but with the various steps we are working on we expect this to be the start of something that may surprise many people. It is not a reverse meant to water anyone down and it will put us in a better position to raise money.

The shareholders have been patient. We feel it will be rewarded.
