YB, why would AMD downclock their entire CPU line? I can understand if an Athlon XP 1700+ might have originally binned out as an Athlon XP 2200+ (with headroom, of course), but it sounds like you are saying that AMD's entire processor manufacturing capability is shifted significantly from what they are actually selling. Can you clarify further?
