actually salary compensation for the nine months ending feb. 2014 was $382,478. (NOT 4 MILLION)

total common share increase for the nine month period was approx. 16.5 million which included: 1) 9 million they gave to the ambassador for services when he became an officer 2) over 3 million for convertibles and warrants

basically, 4.15 million shares were issued to raise cash and pay salaries ($572,500)... THIS IS FOR 9 MONTH PERIOD ...

total value for all common shares issued was just over $2 million ... AGAIN THIS IS FOR 9 MONTHS
