I love dual listed tickers - this one could be like ATTBF when it is ready to run. The only negative for me is this:

$100,000.00 in common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per share



I prefer to see .10 for the rate which is the Canadian "norm" - at a nickel it looks like they are cheating themselves by releasing 2x the shares they need to.
