IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT A REGULATORY BODY WOULD INCLUDE VERBAGE THAT STATES THAT IF NECESSARY THE NET CAPITAL RULE MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT MIGHT BE REVOKED (WHEN HADES FREEZES OVER) TO PROTECT SHAREHOLDERS.
