Well, this statement is false. My company has done an analysis on the OTC market for the last 10 years. There is one strategy that makes money 100% of the time -- and it's not charting. But I digress...

Anyway, believe what you want. Charting is not statistically reliable in the OTC space. You can say what you want -- but the numbers disagree.

"Charts are not the holy grail" If you approach charting this way, sure. A better analogy would be blackjack. You should play the odds.
