Phase three for the DME pump, achieved through Army SBIR, would mean commercialization for the pump by any military entity interested. Dod Phase three commercializaqtion is phase three for all DoD. Welcome all comers.
Would be great to see this marine application that seems to have been awaiting the completion of the R % D phase to move forward with it's "$20 million dollar" engine test... that's $20 million for AFTC! To me..it is just a sitting duck ready to go forward once the technology is available.
