Sazant lawsuit against Peter deposition this week. I cannot believe the alleged fraud that Peter committed against Sazant. Very serious and for very serious monies also. Peter better be prepared to spend some jail time in my opinion.

Will post the original complaint this week for those newbies that do not have an understanding of this case.

No wonder two of Peter's attorneys withdrew; it is not winnable by Peter IMO.

Now Peter has at least two court cases to be concerned about. How do the shareholders like spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend personally Peter. I wonder if those attorney fees paid be the shareholders are considered income to peter ?
