Yes he would still have voting rights. What about the $$$$ he is giving up? I think your suggestion is greedy and a fantasy.

If I were Ed, I wouldn't. In fact, I would ROFLMAO if you suggested that to me, considering what I went through to get the company to this point.

However, I hope all of your fantasies come true. It would be fantastic for me.
