How about NO REVERSE SPLIT & Ed retires 1.6Billion of his 2B shares.
He'd have 400M shares left & shareholders keep all their shares.
After a 5-1 Reverse Split Eds portfolio still shrinks down to 400M shares, as does ours too.
An RS is a last resort. Ed would rather exhaust all avail options through share buy backs & retiring before thinking about a RS.
