I have been involved in several buyouts with companies I worked for and before the final papers are signed and money changes hands the books have to presented in an audited form

The company being bought out had X amount of days to present the audited books after the agreement is signed

If the books aren't delivered then the deal is off

We don;t know what the deadline of the audited books are

In buyouts I have been involved with it could take as long as 90 days
