A friend told me Barrons recommended KGC.

Russia 'might' let KGC sell PMs to China, or Russia itself?
I cannot foresee Russia wanting to go to war, right now, without China and NK help. Russian forces would have hard time just defeating Poland and Germany conventionally on West EU front . . . without using exotic weapons.

Concur with your statement about IGC trying to get PMs out of Russia, right now. Chile and Africa countries most stability of their foreign investments?

Its at its 52 week low and summer-fall mining is coming up in NA.
Worrisome PM prices are so down and company expenses piling up.
Would KGC stop their dividend pay-out . . . looks like they will need some funding soon?
