The great things about GCEI uplisting:

-- New eyes will give GCEI a greater chance to win their confidence

-- The company will be proving that it has a serious desire to increase transparency by being required to submit filings on timing and organized matter.

-- Developments/announcements that would result in higher share prices may be on hold, because the company wants the new eyes to make their first impressions based on the higher tier reporting status and/or because GCEI's reputable partners don't want to be affiliated with a low-tier company.

GCEI - looking great. These daily fluctuations don't even phase me.
