HEY!!!!….we have 2BILLION more-shares-to-DILUTE-into-the-O/S

or maybe they'll just be a restricted stock that gets used to buy some oil wells and then PR about those wells and sell some personally held common instead

EITHER WAY…….still haven't seen a financial document to assure us we are on the right track
