When Microsoft was just starting out, IBM wanted to buy the windows software technology. Bill Gates at the time was smart enough to only license it away to them.

It was IBM that initially made the technology acceptable thruout the entire business community, but Microsoft retained ownership. Look what happened to the respective fortunes of Microsoft.

Now understand the difference between licensing and ownership. Memory Dx retains ownership while AMBS does the legwork They will be a good addition to Provista along with RXPC, GCDx, etc. when the Takeover of RXPC occurs.
