I would be careful here, since they are going from a medical device maker to becoming a miner of Uranium? The uranium industry may be in trouble after Fukushiuma...three reactor meltdowns and continuing radiation spreading around the world for three plus years and not stopping yet, WHIPP waste disposal site in New Mexico leaks, Chernobyl, and Hanford nuclear waste site radiation releases. I have turned against nuclear now as a means to make electrical power. Why would a medical device maker merge with a uranium miner? Am I reading this correctly?
