dilution will be minimal

right now, the placements would be at $1 or more. so 5 million shares raises at least $5 million. and that's plenty of cash to get the company thru the next phases of testing. this would only dilute the stock by 5% at the most. and as the pps goes up, the amount of dilution goes down.

also consider the possibility of federal grants to supplement the financing needs. the gov't has pledged $billions for H5N1 research. as soon as the company proves the slightest bit of efficacy, in will flow the fed $$.
