GNCP - Plenty of links to the SEC with regards to naked short selling.

MMs don't have to correct if it's shut down. You keep mentioning the MMs shorting, yet I've never seen a single link to the SEC report filed for this crime



All one has to do is do a Google search for them.

Not to worry, those ex-clearing tactics used by the likes of TDA, well, they are about to cost brokers engaging in such activity billions, if not trillions of dollars. GNCP is just a small fish in that big pond of loopholes and liaisons.
