You must realize by now, the California plasma deal is bogus. California will never allow uspr to plasma anything in their state. Baby cockroaches and whatnot. I mean (God forbid) uspr might get kill one by accident, (law-suite city). The California way.

California does not allow any new raw ore milling of any-kind. Have you never contacted the California BLM? Call them and ask. The California BLM hides from no-one. Their phones and address are all over the internet. Here's a good place to start.
