Stock was above $48 on March 1, 2004. I don't play games. do your homework.

Additionally, stock prices are sold on the secondary market(consumers) after company sells stock to primary market(brokers).

the pps on the secondary market does not have to match the value of the company; rather, what the brokers can sell it for.
