DCMAN LS forgot to mention Radient and Uni Pharma had a NDA for 5 Years after any start or the conclusion of any LOI or agreement with RXPC. Even though the patents run out and the wording in the LOI state that Uni Pharma can do something post facto. That gets superseded by the NDA, which has a 5 year term included in UniPharma and Radients LOI..Not sure if that agreement was ever finalized..imo Wolf
