theres no debt because Frank is paying in shares. BMAK is the market maker that the company uses to sell the shares thru. Until Frank quits buying into these companies the share count will go up and price will go down.. That's why its so important that we see what the fins say. I'm holding long until then...If it shows that the company is making money with these pruchases then where fine, if its just to sell shares we're in trouble... I think it'll show the company is worth what the shares been sold for... jmho.
