I am back into HL, just below 3.02, though I had this feeling HL would go under 3.00 (nonsense to hold out for a few more cents).
Will buy some more if they drop it below 2.90 . . . I do not foresee that at this particular moment.

I know you folks do not think HL should get into other exotic metals (particularly Li-ion) in North America). If HL does, I think this would be WWIII heating up situation, decision by our 'national planners'. Iceland has lots of exotic metals . . . maybe HL could get some EU business that way.

Tesla announced they will be building EVs in China in next 3-4 years. China is demanding more Cu metal . . . good for HL business. Here is now smart your leadership is . . . China has 25% import tariff on cars made in USA . . . but USA has not such tariff on Chinese Cars exported to USA. Read between the lines . . . our bub-bies GM (who USA taxpayers rescued from BK), refuses to pay back to us taxpayers the Billions we lost selling our government owned tesla stock. Now, GM announces it will invest $12 Billion in China plants . . . one guess where the Chinese-made parts shipped will ramp up to. Guess most of congress, etc. is learning to speak another country's language, cause we sure treat them like USA citizens plus?

Tesla Musk is thinking ahead as China is stockpiling exotic metals in-country and refusing to sell to Japan and USA and EU in attempt to be world source of solar cells, EVs, and super alloys in aircraft, etc. China has its eyes on Aussies and Siberia for population expansion and resources therein. Meanwhile, USA domestic policies ruled by multinationals that pay very low to none taxes in USA, but sell here! Congress and Administration is going to need a whole lot more then a tel-me-prompter to explain that to Americans?

Still believe USA is not stupid enough to force HL stock
price to where HL has to shut down some payroll workers and mining. But who would have thought USA lead acid batteries would be selling for $85-100 . . . while forcing USA Pb manufacturers to the wall on domestic Pb recycling sites? There is no inflation . . . read my lips? No Hope and some Change!!

HL should also be talking to Fuel Cells North America manufacturers and see if HL can be their partner (via vertical product integration) . . . by supplying them with fuel cell metals)?
