PAPUAN PRECIOUS METALS CORP. (TSX VENTURE: PAU)(OTCQX: PAUFF) (the "Company") is currently reviewing a number of agricultural projects as it seeks to diversify its prospects due to the current state of the mineral resource sector. The Company is of the opinion that in order to enhance shareholder value, it must look at opportunities within and outside the mineral resource sector and will also consider a reorganization of the Company's current listing and share structure.
