Mr. Ted D. Campbell, II serves as the President of Orphan Holdings of Texas, Inc., Grow Public, Inc. and Compliance, Inc. Mr. Campbell serves as a Corporate Advisor of Humedisoft Corp. He is a consultant that specializes in federally exempt/state registered small corporate securities offerings, application of the federal securities rules and regulations to such offerings, and corporate listing on the NASDs Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OCTBB) and Small Cap market (NASD Small Cap). For twelve years, he has been working as a private corporate securities consultant in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Campbell served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Timberjack Sporting Supplies Inc. from August 27, 2008 to November 2008. He served as Chief Compliance Officer of NanoTech Entertainment, Inc., and its Secretary since November 12, 2010. He was a Co-Founder and Principal of NevWest Securities Corporation. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Campbell Mello Associates Inc., from 1996 to 1999 and was a Nevada State Securities Examiner from 1995 to 1996. He also worked as a securities legal intern at the Oklahoma Department of Securities from 1989 to 1994. He serves as a Director of Turnpoint Global, Inc. He has been Director of NanoTech Entertainment, Inc. since November 12, 2010. He served as a Director of Timberjack Sporting Supplies Inc. from August 27, 2008 to November 2008. He is a Member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity and was a Staff Member of the American Indian Law Review at the University of Oklahoma, School of Law. Mr. Campbell is a graduated from University of Oklahoma in 1993 with a Juris Doctor (Law) and a Masters in Business Administration and a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1989 with a B.B.A. in Corporate Finance. He is also the President of Orphan Holdings of Texas, Inc.
