What Happened?

Take a look at the following company failures.
1. InnoVida
2. Swisher Hygiene
In cases like Evolucia, failure is usually the result of lax oversight, accounting irregularities, and management incompetence. I expect we will see a plethora of shareholder lawsuits. There were too many people who lost money they spent years accumulating.
The big boys always feed on the unsuspecting.
