I agree until the financials are completed the PPS is going to have huge swings. What I fear is that this deal could go belly up if there are serious issues with getting the financials in order.

The bright sign however is our CEO has changed his LinkenIn profile to include CEO of Green Cures however that is also not to say that if this deal breaks down he won't take this elsewhere merge it all with his other entities and merge it with another company or keep it private

If this deal breaks apart then we as shareholders are screwed

Don't beleive this will happen however stranger things have happen and don't we are talking about tens of not hundreds of millions of dollars and when $$$$ comes into play it is every man for themselves.

I expect that this week everything will be flushed out and if I were to give odds I would say that it is 70% we will be pleased with the outcome this week, 25% it will continue to drag on for other week or more and 5% this all falls apart
