As far as can be found on the net, Foley posted the MOJO board 1 month and a half before it was ever released to the public eye (via the FCC). Previously, the MOJO was using a completely different board in their prototypes up till the date of Nov 5th. Foley introduced his board on Sept 30th. Foley introduced an earlier version of it on August 19th. (just to recap the post)
