I wouldn't worry too much about it. Unlike other posts that are trying to create fear, I actually did a little reasearch and came up with the specific reason for the order.

refers to section 10.3 in the 10q.

10.3 relates to the licensing agreement and the price of the drug. The company is not hiding info from the investors, it is keeping it under wraps from the market place for competative pricing reasons. the length of the order is until 2023 so I don't think the company is going out of business in 3 months.
