The Rosen class action filed against PHOT was filed

on behalf of purchasers of GrowLife, Inc. (PHOT) securities between November 14, 2013 and April 9, 2014, inclusive (the "Class Period"), seeking to recover damages for violations of the federal securities laws.



11/14/2013 was the date they release the 3 qtr 2013 10q.
I am assuming that means that something in that 10q is the reason the SEC suspended them.

Thoughts?
