IMO: If we don't get any news today on Asco, we are going back to the 0.50$-0.60$ due to the s3-form. Maybe that was the reason of the sell off on Tuesday? Even we closed again @ 0.72$ on Thursday, it was hardly on a big volume.

I still wonder why they filed the s3 form now since the cashburn is very low. People here saw a lot in Punit's bodylanguage, but not the S3-form :o)
