We expect the audit to begin this Wednesday, April 16, 2014. In order to improve transparency to the Investment Community and our shareholders, we believe we should begin filing material events immediately with the SEC In addition, we expect to announce the financial results for Lumz'n Blooms regarding Fiscal 2013 and the first quarter of 2014.

If the financials for 1Q 2014 are as big as i think they will be, .1s will be a thing of the past.
