To be clear here, is your position that this oil man with all of these assets has decided to take 25M shares worth, what, $36,000 dollars + $50,000 cash in exchange for control of these assets?

And, you believe this because .. you further believe that this oil man will end up controlling this company? Because you further still believe that he wanted a shell to go public with ... ? Is that correct?

When you say that he accepted 25M shares because he knows that they will be worth so much more, have you considered all of the tens and eventually hundreds of millions of shares that have come out of the pipe?

How many times has this stock been diluted into oblivion?
Why did he get such a small amount of shares while other entities seem to be getting more shares (in multiple)

I am very tired, but,,, Am I missing something?
