It is a reasonable question, as no further details on that have been released.

I can only speculate, so I will not.

However I would assume there will be a PR in the future detailing the specs of this transition. In the past, with other organizations, I have witnessed distributions effectuate on a 1:1 basis, which would be pretty generous if that were the case here, but I have absolutely no idea. We can only wait and see.

The process:

Usually, shares are distributed as dividends that would result in the spin-off of say, Green Fund to WNTR share holders.

After the S1 filings, usually comes the public listing about 6-12 weeks later.


The company then usually decides on an EX-Dividend date (the date which marks the cut-off for receipt of the Green Fund dividend)

Once the date is decided for the dividend spin-off, dividends/shares are usually distributed/allocated to a new account (Green Fund ticker) in correspondence with the date selected. As I said, I can only speculate , so I have only laid out details I have witnessed with other organizations and not WNTR.
