Even in DFMI's tax , it said DFI and DFMI were merged, or DFMI has told the rest of the world that DFI and DFMI were merged, but that still can not prove legally DFI and DFMI have merged , because you can put anything you want in DFMI's tax to indicate that DFI and DFMI were merged or make fraud story to tell everyone that DFI and DFMI were merged, but in reality , legally DFI and DFMI were never merged, because you can not provide solid legal documentation to prove it . Mr. 4retire, can someone just make an announcement to the rest of the world that your company has merged with his company and seized all the property of your company , but this someone can not provide any legal documentation to prove that his company actually merged with your company legally ? Just provide with the court with legal documentation that DFI and DFMI merged legally, just that simple , then you win, otherwise, you will lose big time
