I would not be surprised to see a 10% drop tomorrow IF there is nothing new in the way of a PR. Traders who bought last week in the .50s may decide to cash out, and the fact that we move uup 50% from the Tuesday drop may cause such a move absent of the S-3. To me, any drop below .65 represents another buying opportunity before news.

If you have 2 years worth of cash in the vault, and you are creating a shelf for up to $75 million more, you are literally banking on success in preparation for many good things to come. Unless they are about it ink some kind of big deal, like an acquisition or partnership, there will be no rush to execute this until great news and a significant increase in PPS occurs. It will take a proportional hit when that dilution occurs, but that will be temporary and likely represent another step toward much higher levels.
