Worried about the GREEN FUND ???

If you want no part of the Green Fund, due to ethics , morals, or afraid of a violation of Federal Law, **there are a couple simple ways around this IMO.

As I mentioned previously, if you are truly concerned about your investment in WNTR, It is imperative that you do a FULL DD on the company. This would eliminate most of the confusion, misplaced concern, and unwarranted postings on this board.

I was going to keep quiet, but since I am one of the moderators, I will point those concerned in the right direction.

**1st way around this is : Sell your shares, and invest in an organization that is more aligned with your standards.

**2nd way around this is : Do your DD , and realize that maybe Frank has taken this under consideration. Hence the PR that was released the end of Feb.

This PR clearly states that he intends to have the Green Fund , separately listed, (different ticker ) which current WNTR shareholders will receive a part of. This only makes the deal more attractive to me. I personally intend on taking those shares , and acquiring more.

This means, if you are not all that particular about investing in a MMJ organization, you will have the ability to sell all of your Green Fund shares, and only hold a position in WNTR. It should also be pointed out that most , if not all of the Green Fund investments, seem to be in organizations that are indirect to MJ itself. ( Payment solutions, growing equipment, etc.) Funds also , seem to be directed more toward the MMJ sector, and not recreational, which are both not federally approved, however the MMJ sector seems to receive far more leniency in regards to the Feds.
