Not sure what your inferring but from my understanding, the SEC investigates for a long time before imposing a suspension, the lawsuit wasn't that long ago and I heard they settled it. I have to believe that we got in trouble over something that our management Alone did. Can't say anything for sure though because we just don't have enough info.
Still Hopeing and praying that PHOT pulls through but I don't see why we need to attack FI$X because of our "in-house" problems. Just my humble opinion.
