I beg to differ. Ive seen plenty of mj stocks push past .10 without revenues. Investors buying the stock pushes up the PPS. News can generate a large interest in a stock, thus investors may buy the stock.
I doubt the objective was to make a product that doesnt make revenue... A long , well thought out plan in the works;

ERBB long and strong. No worries here.
