You are correct if TMMI' New Management wanted to they could go after Larry Panik when he foreclosed on DFMI and seized all its property, including ISI's license and technology with bad intention to benefit himself and the 29investors who had a different agenda after Larry Panik's pride was hurt because the codec he received from ISI;He COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK!!. TS also changed his mind and direction of TMMI lets also not forget Larry PANIK WAS DEMOTED FROM CHECK WRITER OF TMMI AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN THOSE 3 MILLION SHARES!!.Larry Panik's agenda changed in a big way in September of 2000!!.
